Still waiting for that biosciences startup school

About this time last year I wondered if we would ever see a biosciences startup school. As I read about Capital Factory, I am still wondering.

In Boston, San Diego, and San Francisco, especially with the University side as active as it is, there should be sufficient mass to make this happen.
