Screencasting celebrates a birthday

Beth Kanter screencast’s the third birthday of the term “screencast”. She also talks about screencasting in the context of micromedia, specifically Jing.

She’s bang on. I’ve used Jing exactly in the kinds of scenarios she talks about. For example I recorded a screencast to quickly show people how Seesmic works, and just now recorded my own ode to screencasting.

Of course, no mention of the third birthday of the term “screencast” is complete with mention of Jon Udell. He talks about Beth’s screencast as well.
