Around the web – October 14, 2007

Yet another busy week comes to an end. What was I up to in the past week outside of bbgm

At TechBizMedia, I wrote about building a global tagspace and ranted about the good old days.

I continue to maintain a video presence. Inspired by Chris Pirillo, I record videos on UStream.tv and upload to my channels on Kyte.tv and YouTube. I still hope to take a page from Chris and do more regular topical broadcasts. We will see

… and you can find bbgm in the latest issue of the medicine 2.0 carnival, hosted at highlight health. I am glad to see that community interested in what I have to say, although I have a feeling that Berci has a lot to do with that

… and so starts a new week

To be honest, it’s a lot of work to send dozens of submissions to the hosts each week, but I love it. :)

I can imagine how much work it is (do you ever sleep?). Thank you very much for all the hard work.

Berci sent me more than 20 articles. Although in my defense, I managed to find a number of blog posts on my own. Sadly, there were only a handful of submissions …

I wanted to let you know Deepak, I agree with your thoughts regarding Google Scholar. I search PubMed daily (for both blogging and scientific research) and then search Google, typically for the same terms. It makes a lot of sense to offer the combined functionality.

BTW, thanks for mentioning the blog carnival on your blog!
