Blogspotting: bioinformatics, structure, and programming

It’s structural bioinformatics week. Your Bones Got a Little Machine is Andrew Perry’s blog. While he doesn’t always write about structural biology, he has a detailed post on Michael Nilges’ Aria. Best of all, you have posts on many of the same subjects that bbgm is interested in such as Dapper, Amazon’s EC2, the PDB, etc.

In my efforts to get into Ruby on Rails, I found a fun blog to read, one that gives you a ton of useful info as well. Better Explained does just that. A great read
