Blogspotting: Bleeding Edge Biotech

A shout out to one of the better new blogs out there: Bleeding Edge Biotech. I have a shortlist of blogs that get tagged as a “favorite” in Google Reader (the tag that my reader opens in). This is one of them. Anyone who writes about An introduction to allosteric regulation and puts up pictures of structures is likely to make that list. Writing about interactive MD with a wiimote – SLAM DUNK!!!

Hey, thanks for the shout out Deepak! BBGM has heavily influenced my blog, if you couldn’t tell by the WordPress/K2 combo ;-)

I’m honored that you’ve taken an interest and I hope to have some even better stuff to write about in the future.

    Adam,

I am glad to hear that. Makes all the blogging worth it. Talking about this being a small world, I presume you are the same Adam Kraut who has worked with Troy Wymore. If so, do say hello to him. It’s been a long time since we ran into each other.

There are not too many MD/large scale biomolecular computing bloggers out there, so it’s good to see someone who actually knows what he’s talking about.
