Marketing for small businesses

Not strictly science-related, but applies completely to small biotechs and informatics shops. I strongly encourage other marketing types (I wonder if there are any who even read this blog) to read Guy Kawasaki’s take on The Essence of Duct Tape Marketing. My favorite

Differentiate. Strip everything you know about your product or service down to the simplest core idea. Make sure that the core idea allows you stand out

Might just have to read the book
