EU open access petition

Not the kind of post you might normally see on this blog, but this is a special case, since this is about open access. Via Neil, who got it via Pedro, I noticed this petition for open access support in the EU. I just signed it, and it would be wonderful if everyone who believes that open access is important also does so.
