Google Reader trends

Might as well jump onto the reader trends bandwagon. This was all over Techmeme earlier today, with all the top bloggers posting their trend charts after Google released the Reader Trends feature.

So here are mine. Make of them what you will.

    Happy new year :)
I can say that you consume more than 10 times more posts than I do ;)
There are a couple of useful features to help to remove some feeds from the list but in the end this looks more interesting for marketing or ad networks.

As you can see … I don’t sleep much.

I don’t disagree about the marketing end at all. Its not too much of a leap to see whom Google is targeting. The sharing trends are especially interesting. For me, it serves two purposes. I deleted a few subscriptions for one. Mostly though, I love analytics (you should see how many web analytics packages I use)
